A Good Password is best of all :- 

 Remember that a good password is better than all of the security you use to safe your account . Your password should not contain A Perfect Name that should easily occur in dictionary .For example if you use "Apple" as a password you are a big fool. A good Password should be of  Eight (8) or Seven (7) characters long . It should contain both alphabets and Numbers .Note that you must Put Punctuation marks in your Password ( e.g .,;:'"/?) .You should also use these to make your password strong (e.g !,@,#,$,%,^,&,*,_,~,+ ) .To see whether your password is strong or not Go Here !

Never logon from Other Computers or Devices :-

 

This is most important thing. Never logon from other computer or Your friends computer you can't trust anyone .It is my story once I logged on to my account from friends computer but later on I came to know that He had already installed key-logger in his computer . A keylogger is a software which Notes all computer activity Including Keystrokes . So this is important never trust anyone . If you do you will suffer ... :(

Give Facebook Your Number :- 

 

Okay this is important Giving your number to facebook is very Trustful thing . You give facebook your number and as a result facebook gives you extra security features which we will discuss later...
Activate Secure Browsing :-

Activate secure browsing i-e HTTPS . By enabling this feature your data to server is encrypted.And you are Protected from Cookie stealing .
Activate Login Notifications :-




 Activate Login Notifications this is very important .If you enable this feature then whenever a Person Login to your Account You will get a message from Facebook that your account was accessed from .....!!!
So you Login to your account and then you end his/her activity . So your account is Protected...

Extra Protection : Activate Login Approvals :-




 
If you enable this feature then every time a person logins to your account , You will get a security code and the person who is logged in to your account has to enter that code in order to continue to your account . This is very good feature and I recommend you to enable this feature .
Never Login Before Seeing the Original facebook page :-

You can see in this screen shot ,this is not a facebook page. So if you enter your information in this fake page your information will be stored in a txt log file and you are phished this is a example of phishing attack.
